Then is there any training on the last week of the school holidays? So boring ( and its the first time i think this way.)

I also changed the part about ourselves for girls only cause i don't know about the boys. If ur dun like just change back to the original one yeah (:

hello,
did sheila show you all the video to ask all of us to "ping"? if u didn't receive or watch it, i really suggest that you do watch it. The game play and tempo is very different from ours (of course). It is the olympics volleyball match 2008. Don't watch men volleyball, watch women as the match more related to us. They like spike every ball, even when past 3m line, all jump spike. Most jump serve. It is super cool. Although the video isn't very clear, but you can see that they really "ping". So let's all learn from them and improve to be better volleyballers to win next year's matches :)

hello, it seems that we have more friendly matches on the way... (YAY?)
I think we are mostly scared? but i think it is a good chance for us to train right and know our standards...
since coach cannot be there at the competition to scold us or tell us some tips we should train even harder then evee to WIN at least top 4 in the west zone.
I am sure everyone wants it too right? Then maybe, maybe like coach won't don't care about us when we become b-girls next year. Sheila agrees right? :)
So JIAYOU and all the best for the match against CCHS chong cheng high? (sorry, don't know how to spell) and the other schools ^^
